Consent to personal data collection and processing

The individual is the person using the SaparAI account. Consent is saved in that account’s record.

Purposes: creating and maintaining the account, sign-in and access recovery, abuse prevention, service notices and account support.

Data: email, account identifier, workspace name, language, selected products, sign-in and session information, IP address and technical device and browser information, support requests, consent version and time. When Google sign-in is selected: the name, email and profile identifier supplied for sign-in.

Permitted operations for these purposes: collection, recording, storage, correction, use, necessary disclosure to the recipients below, blocking, deletion and destruction.

Necessary data may be disclosed for these purposes to authentication, hosting and service-email providers disclosed in the Privacy Policy. Google participates in sign-in only when that method is selected.

The service infrastructure may involve international transfers. This consent covers only recipients, destinations and purposes disclosed to the user in the Privacy Policy before transfer; it does not authorize arbitrary future transfers. If those details are missing, the operator must disclose them and obtain necessary consent before that transfer. Kazakhstan data-storage requirements continue to apply.

This consent does not authorize publishing my personal data in publicly accessible sources.

Consent applies from confirmation until the stated purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, subject to statutory restrictions on withdrawal. Send withdrawal requests to admin@saparai.com and identify your account; do not send your password.

Following withdrawal, the operator stops the relevant processing within statutory deadlines or states the legal basis for continuing it. Features that cannot operate without those data become unavailable. Retention required by law does not rely on this consent.

This consent does not authorize marketing, optional analytics, AI training on my data, advertising matching, processing other people?s personal data or arbitrary connected-integration operations. These purposes require their own lawful basis and separate consent where necessary.

The server records the time, language, account identifier and accepted text version. Consent is not preselected. Terms are accepted through a separate checkbox.
